Coronavirus (Covid-19) Important Information - Updated 30/03/2020

We are continuing to fulfil delivery orders placed on our website and by telephone.
We intend to continue doing so for as long as possible (depending on further government advice, suppliers remaining open and sufficient staff levels being available).
As per government guidelines, we are no longer accepting walk-in customers to The Airborne Shop.
Do not come to the shop in Nottingham, you will not be admitted.
We are operating on a skeleton staff, which will reduce our order processing speed as well as increase response times to email and telephone calls. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience should you need to contact us.
Please read below for extra information regarding deliveries and stock availability.
Clothing - Limited Availability
Our clothing suppliers have now re-opened following their earlier closure, however there is currently a 5-7 working day delay on their deliveries.
We have secured a good stock of core items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc) which we hold in stock at our premises, however deliveries of other items will be delayed.
We are not able to keep the website stock levels updated in real time, however we will contact you ASAP if you order an item which is out of stock. We can then discuss available substitutes with you, or provide refunds if required.
Statues - Long Delays
There are delays on our full range of statues. The Scottish based factory which produces our statues is closed during the lockdown (which has been extended in Scotland), and will be unable to manufacture/dispatch statue orders until they re-open.

Technical (Traser) Watches - Delays
There are short delays on our range of Traser wristwatches (codes 767, 853, 854 and 855). They are now only being posted out twice a week from our supplier so please allow extra time for these deliveries.
We are not currently experiencing specific delays with other items, other than those currently out of stock on the website.

We are not currently offering Special Delivery services as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery by 1pm.
Courier deliveries by DPD are being processed as normal, however there may be delays.
Due to various lockdowns around the globe, there are significant delivery delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
