Coronavirus (Covid-19) Important Information - Updated 30/03/2020
Updated 15th July 2020
We are continuing to fulfil delivery orders placed on our website and by telephone.
We are operating on a skeleton staff, which will reduce our order processing speed as well as increase response times to email and telephone calls. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible and we appreciate your patience should you need to contact us.
We are not currently accepting walk-in customers to The Airborne Shop.
Please do not come to the shop in Nottingham, you will not be admitted.
We will provide updates when we are able to accept walk-in customers again.
Please read below for extra information regarding deliveries and stock availability.
Clothing - Some Delays
Our clothing suppliers are currently taking 4-5 working days to deliver clothing to us, so clothing orders will take us longer to fulfil.
We have a good stock of core items (t-shirts, hoodies, etc) which we hold in stock at our premises, however deliveries of other items will be delayed.
Technical (Traser) Watches - Delays
There are short delays on our range of Traser wristwatches (codes 767, 853, 854 and 855). They are now only being posted out twice a week from our supplier so please allow extra time for these deliveries.
Statues - No Additional Delays (Updated)
Our statue manufacturers have now re-opened and are producing/dispatching orders within the usual time frame of 1-2 weeks.
We are not currently experiencing specific delays with other items, other than those currently out of stock on the website.
Royal Mail have detailed information on their website regarding changes to how they're delivering (including social distancing and safety measures) - Click here to view.
We are seeing occasional, yet substantial, delays with some Royal Mail deliveries. These delays are outside of our control so please allow additional time for your delivery.
We are not currently offering Special Delivery services as Royal Mail are unable to guarantee delivery by 1pm.
Courier deliveries by DPD are being processed as normal, however there may be delays.
Due to various lockdowns around the globe, there are significant delivery delays to a number of countries right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations.
