Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch orders placed by 12pm on a weekday (11am on a Friday due to early close) on the same day, orders placed after this time will likely be processed on the following working day.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next working day.
Clothing: As we embroider all clothing to order, we aim to dispatch these orders within 1-4 working days.
Statues and Glassware: These items are made to order and are normally dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Pre-orders: An estimated release date will be noted on the product page for the item.
If an item is out of stock, or if we are exceptionally busy, it may take an extra few days for us to dispatch your order - If the delay is longer we will contact you. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you require your order urgently.
We offer several delivery methods so that you can choose the right one to fit your budget and required delivery times.
Costs for each service are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Some of our services have upper weight limits and may not be available for larger orders.

Delivery Time: 1-2 working days from dispatch. A signature will be required.
As Royal Mail services have a 2kg weight limit, these courier services are very competitive for larger orders going to the above destinations.

Delivery Time: 2-3 working days from dispatch. A signature will be required.

Postal delivery is available for all European destinations, offering quick delivery times with a reasonable cost. Available on small, low value orders only.

Ideal for larger orders or where you need your order in a hurry, our European Courier services offer flat rate deliveries quicker than the postal service.

We post worldwide! Postal delivery is available wherever you live in the world, with courier services available in selected areas for larger orders.

If you are stationed at a location served by a BFPO address, or wish to send items to someone who is, this service is for you.
Please ensure that you enter your BFPO number into the postcode box in the format 'BFPO XXX' where XXX is the number.
Please note that the website will always charge VAT on BFPO orders, but if you are stationed outside of the EU please contact us for a VAT refund once you've placed your order.

Ideal for larger orders or where you need your order quicker, we offer flat rate courier services to the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Service: International Courier
Delivery Time: 7-10 days from dispatch depending on location. A signature will be required.
Royal Mail: If you are not in when Royal Mail try to deliver your item, they will normally post a card through your door with details of how to collect your parcel. They will then take the parcel to your local sorting office/depot where it will be held for 1-2 weeks before they return it to us (we will charge a further delivery charge to repost the items if this happens).
If you haven't received your order within a week of posting please contact your local sorting office to ensure that they are not holding it for any reason.
Courier Deliveries: All courier services require someone aged 18 or over present at the time of delivery to provide a signature. If no one is home when the couriers attempt delivery they will post a card through your door with their details on and it is then your responsibility to contact them to arrange redelivery. Please note that the couriers will return the goods to us if they are not contacted within 3 working days, and a further delivery charge will be applicable for us to re-send the items.
We're happy to send your order an address other than your billing address (e.g. work address, relative). In the interest of fraud prevention, we reserve the right to query alternate delivery addresses where necessary - Please ensure that you include a telephone number for the delivery address to avoid delays.
You can enter the alternate delivery address during the checkout process. Please note that delivery charges are based on the delivery address, not the billing address.
For Royal Mail deliveries, although they generally arrive within a couple of days, they may take up to 15 working days to get you. We are unable to send out replacement items until the 15 working days has passed. If your chosen delivery method offers tracking, this information will be sent to you when your order has been dispatched. Occasionally, your item may get held at your local sorting office so we do highly recommend visiting them if your item has not been delivered within a week.
